Exercise Raffles 2

The Association of Banks in Singapore (“ABS”), Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) and Ministry of Home Affairs (“MHA”) will be conducting an Industry-wide Business Continuity Exercise (“IWE 2008”) for Financial Institutions ("FI") in Singapore between 28 August and 11 September 2008. Codenamed "Exercise Raffles II", IWE 2008 will involve financial institutions and financial utility providers.

Exercise Raffles II will be based on a flu pandemic scenario. The exercise proper will be executed in four components over a period of two weeks
